Dispatch Timing / 发货时间

Standard orders will be dispatched within 3 to 7 days. A first order placed by a new customer with a merchandise subtotal over US$275 may be held for additional review and will be dispatched within 14 days. Orders completed through PayPal Wallet verification are not subject to this first-order US$275 timing rule; standard processing, availability, fraud, and compliance reviews still apply. These timeframes cover dispatch from Fox Cigar only and do not include carrier transit, customs processing, or destination delivery.

标准订单将在 3 至 7 天内发货。新客户首次下单且商品小计超过 275 美元的订单，可能需要额外审核，并将在 14 天内发货。通过 PayPal 钱包验证完成的订单不受上述新客户首单 275 美元时效规则限制，但仍须遵守标准处理、库存、防欺诈及合规审核要求。以上时间仅指 Fox Cigar 的发货处理时间，不包括承运商运输、海关处理或目的地配送所需时间。

Mainland China Shipping / 中国大陆配送

Eligible personal-use orders sent from our U.S. warehouse may use the Mainland China parcel rules below. Declared merchandise value means the actual transaction value of the products placed in that package, excluding shipping charges and any destination duty, tax, or clearance cost.

符合条件的自用订单可通过我们美国仓库按以下中国大陆包裹规则发货。申报商品价值指该包裹内商品的实际交易价值，不含运费以及目的地关税、税费或清关费用。

Fox Cigar may assign an order to one or more compliant packages based on product contents, value, carrier rules, and operational requirements. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$ 100  or less are charged US$30 per package for Mainland China. Eligible international orders over US$ 100  qualify for free shipping. Every package is declared separately and accurately.

Fox Cigar 可能根据商品内容、价值、承运商规则及运营要求，将一笔订单拆分为一个或多个合规包裹发运。商品小计为 100 美元或以下的订单，发往中国大陆时每个包裹收取 30 美元运费；符合条件且商品小计超过 100  美元的国际订单免运费。每个包裹均单独如实申报。

 

Free Shipping is for eligible international orders of merchandise with a subtotal over US$100 to qualify. The threshold excludes duties, taxes, customs fees, and other destination charges.

符合条件的国际订单，商品小计超过 100  美元即可享受免费配送。包邮门槛不包含关税、税费、海关费用或其他目的地费用。

Hong Kong Shipping / 香港配送

For an eligible order of RMB 2,000 or less shipped from our U.S. warehouse to Hong Kong, shipping is US$20 when the merchandise subtotal is US$100 or less. Eligible international orders over US$100 qualify for free shipping. Product prices and shipping charges do not include Hong Kong tobacco duty, customs charges, brokerage, storage, carrier advancement fees, or other destination costs.

从我们美国仓库发往香港且金额为人民币 2,000 元或以下的合格订单，商品小计为 100  美元或以下时收取 20 美元运费；符合条件且商品小计超过 100  美元的国际订单免运费。商品价格及运费不包含香港烟草税、关税、报关代理费、仓储费、承运商垫付费或其他目的地费用。

Customs Declarations / 海关申报

Fox Cigar prepares customs information separately for every package using the products actually included, the actual quantity and weight, and the required transaction value. We do not lower values, alter invoices, alter weights, describe tobacco as a gift or personal accessory, use misleading product names, omit required information, or create artificial packages to avoid tax, value, quantity, licensing, inspection, or import requirements.

Fox Cigar 会为每个包裹单独准备海关申报信息，如实反映包裹内实际商品、实际数量与重量以及要求的交易价值。我们不会为规避税费、价值限制、数量限制、许可、查验或进口要求而压低价值、篡改发票、篡改重量、将烟草描述为礼品或个人用品、使用误导性商品名称、遗漏必要信息，或人为拆分包裹。

Duties, Taxes, and Import Responsibility / 关税、税费与进口责任

Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that the products and quantities may be legally purchased, imported, possessed, and received at the destination. You are also responsible for all import duties, excise taxes, VAT/GST, customs charges, brokerage, carrier advancement fees, storage, penalties, return freight, and other destination costs. These amounts are not included in Fox Cigar’s product price or shipping charge unless we expressly state otherwise.

下单前，您有责任自行确认所购商品及数量在目的地是否可合法购买、进口、持有及接收。您还需自行承担全部进口关税、消费税、增值税/商品及服务税、海关费用、报关代理费、承运商垫付费、仓储费、罚款、退运费及其他目的地相关费用。除非 Fox Cigar 另有明确说明，上述费用均不包含在商品价格或运费之内。

Delivery, Tracking, and Customs Delays / 配送、物流跟踪与海关延误

International delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch, and customs processing can add days or weeks. The recipient must monitor tracking, answer customs or carrier requests promptly, provide required records, pay assessed charges, and collect the package within the allowed period.

国际配送时间仅为预估，不作为承诺保证。发货后物流信息可能需要一定时间才会更新，海关处理可能额外增加数天至数周不等的时间。收件人须自行留意物流跟踪信息，及时回应海关或承运商的要求，提供所需材料，缴纳相关费用，并在规定期限内领取包裹。

The 3-to-7-day and 14-day dispatch rules cover order processing before shipment and do not change the estimated nature of carrier transit, customs processing, or final delivery.

上述 3 至 7 天及 14 天发货规则仅指发货前的订单处理时间，并不改变承运商运输、海关处理及最终配送时间的预估性质。

Address and Recipient Information / 地址与收件人信息

Enter a complete, accurate, deliverable address and a recipient name that matches any required identification. Post-dispatch address changes may be unavailable. Costs, loss, delay, return, or failed delivery caused by inaccurate information, an unavailable recipient, or an unauthorized address change remain the customer’s responsibility.

请填写完整、准确、可送达的地址，收件人姓名须与所需身份证明一致。订单发出后可能无法再更改地址。因信息有误、收件人无法联系或未经授权更改地址而造成的费用、损失、延误、退回或配送失败，均由客户自行承担责任。

International Transit Risk, Loss, Theft, and Damage / 国际运输风险、丢失、被盗与损坏

Except for a return or remedy expressly authorized by Fox Cigar under this policy, all international sales are final once payment is collected and purchased goods are dispatched. Fox Cigar is not responsible for packages that are damaged, misdelivered, stolen, lost, delayed, detained, or seized by customs during international transit, customs handling, local delivery, or after delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this allocation of international transit and customs risk is non-negotiable. A confirmed Fox Cigar packing or fulfilment error remains subject only to the remedies expressly stated in this policy.

除本政策明确规定并经 Fox Cigar 批准的退货或补救外，所有国际订单付款完成且一经发出即为最终销售。对于包裹在国际运输、海关处理、当地派送或送达后发生的损坏、错误配送（误投）、被盗、丢失、延误，或被海关扣留、扣押或没收，Fox Cigar 不承担退款、赔偿或补发责任。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，该国际运输及海关风险分配不接受协商或例外处理。经 Fox Cigar 确认的装箱或履约失误，仅按本政策明确规定的补救方式处理。

If an order is sent to a freight forwarder, consolidation warehouse, third-party receiving warehouse, hotel, mailroom, or another intermediary address, delivery is complete when the carrier records the package as delivered, signed for, or accepted at that address. Fox Cigar is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, misdelivery, or missing items that occur after that point. A package marked delivered but later missing or stolen must be reported to the carrier and, when appropriate, local authorities.

如订单寄送至转运仓、集运仓、第三方收货仓库、酒店、收发室或其他中间地址，当承运商记录包裹已送达、已签收或已被该地址接收时，即视为完成交付。此后发生的丢失、被盗、损坏、延误、误投或商品缺失，Fox Cigar 不承担责任。包裹显示已送达但随后遗失或被盗的，客户须向承运商报告，并在适当情况下联系当地主管机关。

Fox Cigar inspects each item before dispatch and ensures that it is in good condition when packed and handed to the carrier. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Fox Cigar is not responsible for damage occurring during transit. Visible shipping damage, missing items, broken cigars, cracked or torn wrappers, an apparent quality defect, or an incorrect item must be reported to Fox Cigar within 72 hours of delivery. The customer must retain the outer carton, shipping label, all packing material, original product packaging, and affected products, and provide the order number, a complete unboxing video, clear photographs of every side of the package and each affected or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. Do not cut, light, discard, repair, or return an affected cigar unless Fox Cigar instructs you to do so. A hidden product defect that was not reasonably visible at delivery must be reported within 14 days, together with the same supporting evidence to the extent available.

Fox Cigar 会在发货前检查每件商品，并确保商品打包及交付承运商时处于完好状态。包裹一旦交由运输承运商，Fox Cigar 不对运输途中造成的损坏承担责任。如包裹存在明显运输损坏、商品缺失、雪茄折断、茄衣开裂/撕裂、明显质量缺陷或错发商品，客户须在签收后 72 小时内向 Fox Cigar 申报。客户必须保留外箱、物流面单、全部填充材料、商品原包装及受影响商品，并提供订单编号、完整开箱视频、包裹所有外侧面及每件受影响或错发商品的清晰照片，以及问题简述。在收到 Fox Cigar 指示前，请勿剪切、点燃、丢弃、修复或寄回受影响的雪茄。收货时无法合理发现的隐蔽性商品缺陷，须在 14 天内申报，并在可提供的范围内一并提交上述证明材料。

Fox Cigar will review the submitted evidence and may assist with an available carrier claim, but review does not guarantee replacement, reshipment, or store credit. If Fox Cigar confirms that the issue resulted from a packing error, an incorrect item, or a product defect that existed before dispatch, Fox Cigar may, at its discretion, replace the affected item or issue store credit and will cover any authorized return shipping. Damage caused by a carrier, customs authority, local delivery provider, third-party forwarder, recipient handling, storage, temperature, humidity, or another event outside Fox Cigar’s control is not eligible for reimbursement by Fox Cigar. Any carrier or insurance recovery is limited to the amount actually approved and paid by the carrier or insurer.

Fox Cigar 将审核客户提交的资料，并可协助提出可用的承运商索赔，但审核并不保证一定获得换货、重新发货或店铺信用金。如 Fox Cigar 确认问题源于装箱错误、发错商品，或商品在发货前已经存在缺陷，Fox Cigar 可自行决定更换受影响商品或发放店铺信用金，并承担经授权的退货运费。因承运商、海关、当地派送服务商、第三方转运商、收件人操作、储存方式、温度、湿度或其他不受 Fox Cigar 控制的事件造成的损坏，不符合 Fox Cigar 赔付条件。任何承运商或保险赔偿均以承运商或保险机构实际批准并支付的金额为限。

Refusal, Seizure, and Destruction / 拒收、扣押与销毁

Customs and destination authorities make independent decisions. Unless a problem was caused by a confirmed Fox Cigar error, Fox Cigar is not responsible for a package that is delayed, held, inspected, rejected, refused, abandoned, returned, seized, confiscated, or destroyed. A package that is seized, destroyed, or abandoned and not returned to Fox Cigar is not eligible for replacement, reshipment, or store credit.

海关及目的地当局的决定为独立作出。除非问题是由 Fox Cigar 已确认的失误所致，否则对于包裹被延误、扣留、查验、拒收、放弃、退回、扣押、没收或销毁，Fox Cigar 概不负责。对于被扣押、销毁或放弃且未退回 Fox Cigar 的包裹，客户无权要求换货、重新发货或店铺信用金。

Policy Changes and Legal Notice / 政策变更与法律声明

Customs, tobacco, tax, and carrier rules can change without notice. The destination authority has final control over classification, valuation, admissibility, duties, and release. This policy provides general information and is not legal, customs, or tax advice. Fox Cigar may update this policy and will apply the version in effect when an order is reviewed.

海关、烟草、税务及承运商相关规定可能随时变更，恕不另行通知。目的地当局对商品归类、估值、准入、关税及放行拥有最终决定权。本政策仅提供一般性信息，不构成法律、海关或税务建议。Fox Cigar 可能更新本政策，并以订单审核时生效的版本为准。
