Customer-Caused Returns and 10% Restocking Fee / 客户原因导致的退货与 10% 重新入库费

A return is customer-caused when the package is returned because the customer or recipient refuses or fails to pay duties, taxes, brokerage, or clearance charges; refuses delivery; provides an incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable address; fails to provide required documents or respond to customs or carrier requests; does not collect the package on time; requests or makes an unsupported address change; or otherwise causes the package to be returned through an act or omission within the customer’s control.

如因客户或收件人拒绝或未能支付关税、税费、报关代理费或清关费用；拒收包裹；提供不完整、不准确或无法送达的地址；未能提供所需材料或回应海关/承运商的要求；未按时领取包裹；要求或擅自变更地址；或因其他客户可控的作为或不作为导致包裹被退回，均视为“客户原因导致的退货”。

When a customer-caused package is returned to Fox Cigar, the return will be reviewed only after receipt and inspection and does not create a right to a refund, replacement, reshipment, or store credit. If Fox Cigar elects to issue store credit, it will deduct 10% of the returned merchandise value as a restocking fee. Original international shipping is non-refundable. Fox Cigar will also deduct actual return freight, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage, storage, carrier fees, and other documented costs.

因客户原因被退回的包裹送达 Fox Cigar 后，仅在收到并完成查验后进行审核；包裹退回并不产生退款、换货、重新发货或店铺信用金的权利。如 Fox Cigar 自行决定发放店铺信用金，将从退货商品价值中扣除 10% 作为重新入库费。原国际运费不予退还。Fox Cigar 还将扣除实际发生的退运费、关税、税费、海关费用、报关代理费、仓储费、承运商费用及其他有据可查的费用。

Returned products must be unopened, undamaged, and resalable. Products that are damaged, opened, contaminated, or otherwise unsalable are ineligible for store credit. Any authorized reshipment requires payment of the new shipping charge for every package and all related costs.

退回的商品必须未拆封、无损坏且可再次销售。已损坏、已拆封、受污染或以其他方式无法再次销售的商品，不符合店铺信用金条件。任何经授权的重新发货，均须为每个包裹支付新的运费及所有相关费用。

The 10% restocking fee does not apply when the return is caused by a confirmed Fox Cigar fulfilment error, such as shipment of an incorrect item or another documented packing error. Fox Cigar will determine the appropriate replacement, reshipment, or store credit after reviewing the order and returned merchandise.

若退货是由 Fox Cigar 已确认的履约失误（如发错商品或其他有据可查的装箱错误）所致，则不适用 10% 重新入库费。Fox Cigar 将在审核订单及退回商品后，确定相应的换货、重新发货或店铺信用金方案。

Refunds / 退款

Any refund or account adjustment approved at Fox Cigar’s discretion will be issued exclusively as store credit through a Fox Cigar gift card for future purchases. No amount will be returned to the original payment method or banking institution.

Fox Cigar 自行决定批准的任何退款或账户调整，均仅通过 Fox Cigar 礼品卡以店铺信用金形式发放，用于后续购买。任何款项均不会退回原支付方式或原支付银行机构。

Cancellation / 取消订单

Contact Fox Cigar customer service immediately if you need to cancel. We will try to stop the order before dispatch, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins. Once an order has shipped, customs obligations or a later decision not to pay destination charges do not create a right to cancel or receive immediate store credit.

如需取消订单，请立即联系 Fox Cigar 客服。我们会尽力在发货前协助取消，但订单一旦进入处理流程，无法保证一定能够取消成功。订单发出后，海关义务或事后决定不支付目的地相关费用，均不构成取消订单或立即获得店铺信用金的权利。

Disputes / 争议处理

By completing payment, Customer agrees to waive the right to dispute or chargeback any transaction, provided the product was delivered as ordered or as otherwise mutually agreed upon. Customers with concerns about an order should contact us directly first so we can resolve the issue.

完成付款即表示客户同意放弃对交易提出争议或拒付（chargeback）的权利，前提是商品已按订单或双方另行约定的内容交付。客户若对订单有任何疑虑，应首先直接联系我们以便解决问题。

Any dispute filed in bad faith — despite the order being fulfilled as agreed — will be considered fraudulent, and Fox Cigar reserves the right to report such cases to the relevant legal or financial authorities.

若订单已按约定履行，客户仍恶意提出争议，该行为将被视为欺诈，Fox Cigar 保留将此类情况上报相关法律或金融机构的权利。

Customer Acknowledgement / 客户确认声明

By placing an international order, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and import requirements, accept responsibility for destination charges and customs compliance, understand that clearance and delivery dates are not guaranteed, accept the final-sale terms and non-negotiable international transit and customs risk allocation described above, and agree to the customer-caused return terms in this policy.

下达国际订单即表示您确认符合适用的年龄及进口要求，承担目的地相关费用及海关合规责任，理解清关及配送时间不作为承诺保证，接受上述最终销售条款及不接受协商的国际运输与海关风险分配，并同意本政策中的客户原因退货条款。

Policy Changes and Legal Notice / 政策变更与法律声明

Customs, tobacco, tax, and carrier rules can change without notice. The destination authority has final control over classification, valuation, admissibility, duties, and release. This policy provides general information and is not legal, customs, or tax advice. Fox Cigar may update this policy and will apply the version in effect when an order is reviewed.

海关、烟草、税务及承运商相关规定可能随时变更，恕不另行通知。目的地当局对商品归类、估值、准入、关税及放行拥有最终决定权。本政策仅提供一般性信息，不构成法律、海关或税务建议。Fox Cigar 可能更新本政策，并以订单审核时生效的版本为准。
